The send most amazing place to stay! The room was huge and perfect for our family of 5. And the beds were super comfortable. The place was clean and pool according to my stepsons was warm and great! Breakfast was good too. The lady kept refilling so much food I was surprised. Most hotels just let everything empty. The elevator was pretty cool with its view of outside while it moved. Our room we was able to view the beautiful river. The only thing inconvenient for us all was the outlets. There wasn't enough and not close to the bed. We made it work out but there should be more in the rooms. Overall this was best first trip for my stepsons to NJ my home state and I'm very happy with the outcome!
The service was exceptional! I made sure I told them all too! From the wonderful check in after a horrible day of our flight being delayed to being canceled in the end to the absolutely caring and amazing woman that was taking care of breakfast. I told the great guy at checkout that I have been to hotels that will stop putting things out when it's still an hour before breakfast is done and so many things will be empty and they don't care. The staff here cared. Every step of our experience they cared. Solely for the staff at this location they have made us Best Western fans and customers now. The building was not in the best shape but they definitely make up for it. Our room was a 2 queen bed on the 5th floor, which was clean and fully stocked. The indoor pool was open and felt great, not very heated but most certainly not cold. I was excited to just relax after the rough day we had and the long day we arrived getting ready to have. I am waiting for our flights this afternoon to finally get us to the west coast and knew I just had to write my review. My two kids and I appreciate you warmth and pride in you work, your customers, and you brand. Great job and keep up the good work. Also at checkout, thank you to the gentleman who called the taxi and found out it would cost $60 to get to Newark and said no download Uber and we were able to get to the airport for $25 instead. Just above and beyond is what they all did.
